The energy we carry influences everything—our relationships, our work, and our environment. Becoming aware of this energy is crucial for living a fulfilling life. Our state of being, which shapes our energy, is made up of three key elements: physiology, language, and mental focus.
1. Physiology: The way we move and carry ourselves impacts how we feel. A deep breath or a smile can instantly shift our energy.
2. Language: The words we use, both spoken and unspoken, shape our reality. Positive language empowers us, while negative language drains us.
3. Mental Focus: Our energy flows where our focus goes. Focusing on gratitude and possibilities creates expansive energy while dwelling on problems drains us.
The energy we carry within us affects not only ourselves but also everyone around us. Our energy is shared within an invisible forcefield of about 4ft surrounding us. We can use the awareness of our physiology, language, and mental focus to align and create the energy or "weather" we desire. It's a matter of being aware of what they are and then choosing them to match the mood/energy you want to carry with you. You can't find happiness if you're always focusing on things that make you angry, talking about things that upset you, and/or frowning. We must align our thoughts and words and body language with the energy we want to bring into the world.
